There is nothing more important to me than protecting my family's skin from harmful UV rays and sunburn. I personally use the mango 30 SPF on all my runs and bike rides.
We spent 7 days in the Mayan Riveria this spring break and we were constantly in and out of the water - pool and ocean.
My son has super sensitive skin (excema prone) and I was hesitant to try the Kinesys 50 SPF fragrance free on him. It was awesome!! His skin did not react and it's so easy to apply. Applying cream sunscreens multiple times a day is annoying and I refuse to use aerosol sprays as they are bad for the environment and lungs so this was wonderful option.

My step dad who used to work at Fortis BC as a Forman introduced Kinesys sunscreen to me many years ago, as he swore by the product and always had bought a case for his crew. Good stuff. Feels a bit greasy when it first goes on but quickly dries and you can only slightly notice it. This makes it easy to apply and it lasts well. Even through sweat and various activities. I canoe a fair bit and this has become my go to sunscreen for full days out in whitewater.

I am still disappointed with the lack of communication. At one point I received a message saying their service team had been responding to my emails (implying more than 1 reply) and I wasn't replying. I received 1 email about a week after my 1st inquiry, confirming the package was resent. I would be giving 5 stars if that reply had included a "sorry for the inconvenience" and/or a follow up on what had happened.

I first found this product at Mountain Equipment Coop and then Costco. For about a year I could find it NOWHERE but I understand it was being revamped. Both my husband I use this daily and love how easily it goes on, how it isn't greasy and how we don't burn at all. I wish it came in a large bottle that could be used to refill our numerous other bottles that we have emptied.

Since discovering Kinesis by chance at a company golf outing in San Diego more than ten years ago, I have been a continuous user. I took my new KINeSYS sunscreen for a test run on Global Running Day, which was super hot here in California. I was a sweaty, drippy mess by the end of my run, but my KINeSYS sunscreen was not! I have been ordering Kinesys sunscreen for about 4 years now. Before that, my mom would send me them as gifts. My family (me, husband, and 3 children) use the sunscreens daily throughout summer. They are easy to apply, and stay on well, even through the children's sports and swimming. We keep a bottle in the car, in the bathroom, and on the shelf by our front door. The 50spf unscented is the family favourite, but we also have the mango and the vanilla green tea; they have really pleasant smells which are not too overpowering.

I love this unscented SPF 50 and the confidence it gives me. I have very fair skin and burn very easily. I have spent most of my life hiding from the sun. I have been a huge KineSys fan since the late 90's, when I found myself at a hot summer music festival at Thunderbird Stadium *without sunscreen*! (This was much more acceptable in the irresponsible 90's than it is today). I came across a small KineSys kiosk in the merch area and the rest, as they say, is history.
As I've aged, I've moved to the beautiful (read: HOT n' sunny) Okanagan and finally learned to make protecting my skin a priority. I very recently purchased the new SPF 50 from Kinesys and I LOVE IT. This feels just like a dry oil spray. Applies a thin layer of oil on your skin that feels light and smooth. I really like how this feels on my skin.
I am not sure that it fits actually offer that much SPF though. I put it on one arm abs not on the other, and didn't notice any difference between the two after being in the sun for an hour.
Spray bottle is a great size for taking along to the beach or on a hike.

I bought this to put on my arms and hands when driving in the car. I have had issues on both hands from sun and the dermatologist said the sun coming in the car window causes problems. This has no scent and is not very oily. My granddaughter likes it on her face also.

This is a very small bottle, but it is really handy to tuck in a purse or the car. I love the sunscreen. I love the ingredients, and in particular what is missing from the ingredients! The smell is nice and minimal, and it goes on easily and doesn't irritate our skin. At the end of the day I wish this came in a slightly larger bottle, but for facial sunscreen, it is a good deal. I do recommend spray on hands and then applying, but I would say that for any product. We didn't burn at all with this, in fact we had no noticeable change in skin tone at all after a day out and a few applications, so that's phenomenal news in my book! IT does what sunscreen should do and protects us from the sun!

I keep this in my purse for those times when I find myself outside unexpectedly without sun protection (I keep a hat in my truck for this same reason). This does go on a bit greasy, but it is super easy to rub in & it works. No toxic fragrances, no irritation. It is expensive for a mere 1 oz. but for portability & not getting sun burn when caught out, it's worth the price. Plus, it lasts me a long time seeing how it's for "emergencies."
Overall, I am more than pleased.

i like this, i use it for my face believe it or not, because it is fragrance free. you can say i am a sunscreen addict. i layer 3-4 sunscreens on my face everyday even when i don't go out of the house because of my melasma. the more the better. i use this as the base because it is kind of moisturizing, it feels a little slippery at first but then it goes away.
i especially like that it is fragrance free. no complaints at all. pleased with the product.

I first heard about this brand because it was listed in Allergic Living's 2020 Top Allergy-Friendly Sunscreens List. Since my son has severe allergies it has been very hard to find a sunscreen that is free of top allergens INCLUDING coconut. We had been using Badger Baby on all of us for the last 7 years (because if he hugs or rubs up against us while we are wearing sunscreen with coconut he breaks out) and while it works and has great ingredients, it's also a thick white paste. So when I saw this and saw that it was free from top 8 allergens, including soy, no sesame, gluten-free, AND coconut free AND cruelty free/vegan AND it was a spray!?!? Well it sounded too good to be true.
It's not. It works. It's so much easier to put on than the Badger Baby sunscreen. We can put it on my allergic kid and no rash, we can put it on my 3 year old and no screaming or wrestling. They can run around outside in the heat and play in the water and so far no complaints about anything running into their eyes and no burns. We are generally sun-cautious and wear a lot of sun protective clothing and hats, but this works great for the areas not easily covered like neck, feet, hands etc.

Avid hiker/backpacker always in search of the 'perfect' sunscreen for those activitites. This one is not perfect but it is very good.
Highly portable at only 1 oz. Also TSA friendly for air travel.
Easy to dispense - one nice press on the pump dispenses a good amount (enoough for a face or arm). Goes on easily. A little runny but not terrible. Not greasy.
Pretty good sun protection but I did notice my arms getting red after several hours & needing to reapply, so would desire more longevity in my sunscreen.
No notiecable scent, which is great for hiking around insects and wildlife which may be attracted to foreign scents.
A tad bit expensive given it does not last a whole afternoon for me, but high quality and will keep it on my list of products to consider for future hikes.

It's great to see this labeled as gluten free and not have to read all the ingredients. This sunscreen is everything is mentions in the description and video. It felt like someone was blowing on your your back when my husband was spraying me. It's a very light mist and not heavy or thick. It doesn't leave you feeling greasy. I didn't notice any scent.
The one ounce is like a sample size. It was used on 3 adults and now looks half gone. I'd say we would use this up within 3 days. So it would be great for traveling on a plane or a weekend trip. 170 sprays sounds like a lot, but an adult will probably use about 20 sprays.

I love this sunscreen. It is very light and sheer and when sprayed on and rubbed in and you can't even tell that it is on your skin. This is great for my daughter who doesn't like thick sunscreens and has extremely sensitive skin and burns easily. I can have this in my purse- hand it to her in the backseat and not worry about having a mess all over my seats. This is a great option- especially when I live in Florida and anything that you put in your car melts or start boiling practically. LOL

Works best on the body, like most products will run with extreme sweat into eyes and sting. Great scent and protects skin well. Combine with a hat and you're good to go!
